Find your furnished unit in the desired size with bedding, fast WiFi, LED TV and with your own refrigerator. You can wash and dry your laundry quickly, easily and cheap in the in-house laundrette.

Everything you need is just ready for you. For cooking, you can bring your own dishes with you or borrow cookware and dishes from us for a deposit.

Prepare your breakfast and lunch or dinner yourself in one of our 8 modern kitchens and then simply lock up your dishes back safely in your private kitchen cupboard or in your room.

By the way: House guests can park for free in our monitored and large private parking lot behind the house.

Single and double rooms: Children up to the age of 3 stay free of charge in their parents' bed, baby bed on request and subject to availability.

Double rooms with pull-out sofa bed for up to 2 additional people, children up to 12 years 25%.

All prices per person and night in EURO, plus 7% currently valid VAT. The entire building is smoke-free. Smokers please use our roofed, spacious outdoor smoking area with direct access on the ground floor and habitants of the top-floor the balcony on the top floor.

Stroll along the beautiful banks of the River Neckar, buy a beer, take a boat trip, get the feeling, stroll through the small winding and romantic cobblestone-streets of the old town and let yourself be enchanted by the medieval flair.
